Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original protective foam and box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
